Shipping policy

Bludove Kreations is not liable for any losses incurred during shipping if tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to open a claim. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 

All packages are packaged with care and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Order Processing: Processing will begin upon confirmation and payment of your order. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.
