Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each piece is handmade, custom-designed, and created with care, which means orders cannot be altered or refunded after purchase.  

Warranty & Order Issues: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Bludove Kreations reserves the right to determine appropriate resolutions for any concerns reported. Include the following so we can assist you promptly: 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Send all concerns to: bludovekreations@gmail.com 

Repairs: Free Repairs are only eligible within the first 7 days of delivery. All original beads, charms, and spacers must be included. If any items are missing, an additional fee will apply. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
